Traveller's Diarrhoea Relief
Travelling can trigger symptoms of diarrhoea, upset stomach, bloating and abdominal pain. Take ENTEROSGEL® Travel sachets as a drug-free, all-in-one relief, suitable for the whole family.
-
Clinically Proven:
ENTEROSGEL® has been proven to adsorb toxins from C. difficile, E. coli, Shigella, and viruses such as norovirus and rotavirus.
It can also help in cases of diarrhoea related to food allergies, by binding inflammatory molecules.
Two recent clinical studies on adults and children showed that ENTEROSGEL® can reduce the duration of acute diarrhoea and relieve associated symptoms.
ENTEROSGEL® can be mixed directly into oral rehydration solution (ORS) which helps with hydration.
-
Dosage Instructions:
For children under 1 years old: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) diluted in 7.5-15ml of water 3 times a day
For children 1-6 years old: 1 teaspoon (5g) or 1/3 of a sachet diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day
For children 7-14 years old: 2 teaspoons (10g) or 2/3 of a sachet diluted in 50-100 ml of water 3 times a day
For children 15+ and adults: 1-1.5 tablespoon (15-22.5g) or 1-1.5 sachet diluted in 200ml of water 3 times a day. -
Duration of Treatment:
At the first signs of food poisoning, take a double dose of ENTEROSGEL® after every bowel movement on the first day (max 8 doses).
This way, more gel can bind and remove more dangerous toxins – helping to eliminate the cause of diarrhoea rather than just mask it.
After the first day, continue with the usual dosage for several days or until your stool returns to normal, to make sure you cleanse the gut of any remaining toxins.
And don’t forget to drink plenty of fluids or oral rehydration solution to stay hydrated.

What Is Travellers’ Diarrhoea?
Up to 50% of travellers to Asia, Africa or Latin America experience diarrhoea within the first week of travel. It’s often caused by contaminated food or water and may be called “Bali belly”, “Delhi belly” or “Montezuma’s revenge.” Symptoms include 3+ loose stools in 24 hours, cramps, nausea and sometimes fever.
⚛︎ Is “Bali belly” the same thing?
⚛︎ Yes—it’s simply another name for travellers’ diarrhoea.
⚛︎ Can I take ENTEROSGEL® and fly?
⚛︎ Yes. ENTEROSGEL® is drug-free, tasteless, and safe with no drowsy side effects—ideal for flights.
⚛︎ Do I need antibiotics?
⚛︎ Most cases resolve with hydration and ENTEROSGEL®. Antibiotics are rarely needed unless prescribed after risk assessment.
⚛︎ When should I see a doctor?
⚛︎ If you have blood in stool, high fever, severe dehydration, or symptoms last >3–4 days. -
How to Prevent Traveller's Diarrhoea?
